ALBANY, NEW YORK— Matthews™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announces the successful sale of Hannaford Plaza, a 111,077 square foot grocery-anchored shopping center in East Greenbush, NY for $17.25 million. Matthews™ First Vice President Joanna R. Manfro represented the seller in the transaction.
The property is anchored by Hannaford Supermarket and strategically located near Albany in New York’s Capital Region. After being on the market for nearly two years with no success, Matthews™ implemented a focused marketing campaign that generated multiple competitive offers. The sale closed in July 2025.
