National Firm Hires Dan Thompson to Launch Local Leasing Division

Tampa, FL — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, recently hired leasing executive Daniel Thompson as Vice President. Based out of the firm’s Tampa office, Thompson specializes in retail leasing and investment sales and will be instrumental in building the office’s leasing presence throughout Tampa and Central Florida.

 

Thompson brings several years of experience in leasing and sales of retail properties, as well as national tenant representation. He specializes in acquisitions, dispositions, repositioning, redevelopment, and landlord representation for both tenants and owners, as well as site selection and business development. Before Matthews™, Thompson worked as a consultant, guiding landlords on strategically repositioning assets, renewing tenants, and canvas backfills for vacancy.
