With this hire, the Matthews™ New York office will launch its Retail Leasing Division locally.
Fogel joins Matthews™ with an extensive background in commercial real estate, having leased over 250,000 square feet of retail space within the New York metro. Fogel has worked with many prominent landlords, including family offices, publicly traded REITs, and institutional capital. Additionally, Fogel has an expertise in tenant representation across various uses, advising well-known brands on their expansion strategies.
