The transaction was completed by Associate Henry Bell, Executive Vice President and Managing Director David Harrington, Senior Vice President and Senior Director Daniel Withers, and Senior Associate John Boyett.

 

The seller, David Mercer of Realty Center Management, was motivated to sell to consolidate his smaller investments into one larger property in California. As an experienced investor and long-time holder, Mercer owned the Los Angeles portfolio for over 20 years, making the sale a rare and valuable opportunity.
