The Healthcare Tenant Leased 8,600 SF in Retail Strip Center
Dallas, TX — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed a lease for an 8,600 square foot co-anchor space at 9888 Ferguson Rd., Dallas, TX. Matthews Associate Oliver Willman and Senior Associate Grayson Duyck represented the landlord, the owner of retail center Ferguson Village.
Ferguson Village is a neighborhood center located just north of Downtown Dallas. The tenant, WellMed, is a network of physicians who specialize in adult care. The medical group has over 16,000 offices across Texas and Florida. WellMed agreed to a lease term of 100 months.
“Through the execution of this lease, we added around $1.25 million of value to the center and completed the owner’s business plan as they now look to take it to market,” Willman said.
