Based in Encino, Calderon is joining the Matthews™ Capital Markets (MCM) Division, where he will provide commercial financing solutions nationwide across all product types.
Calderon joins Matthews™ with extensive capital markets experience. Most recently, Calderon worked at Slatt Capital in Los Angeles, where he played a key role in sourcing and structuring debt and equity for pre-development, construction, bridge, and permanent financing solutions. Before joining Slatt Capital, Chase spent over seven years at Continental Partners and Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, where he developed deep relationships with real estate owner, lenders, and equity providers nationwide.
