Brokerage Welcomes Volt Migrino as First Vice President under Matthews™ Capital Markets

 

PHOENIX — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, welcomed esteemed commercial real estate debt and equity specialist Volt Migrino as First Vice President. Based in Phoenix, Migrino is joining the Matthews™ Capital Markets (MCM) Division, where he will provide commercial financing solutions nationwide across all product types.

 

Migrino joins Matthews™ with over two decades of commercial financing experience. Most recently, Migrino was a managing director within Marcus and Millichap’s Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for securing commercial debt for a variety of asset types locally and nationwide (personally closing over $100 million annually). In addition, Migrino was a leading mortgage banker at Berkadia and was part of a top-producing team that originated direct Agency and Life Company loans based out of the Phoenix office. Prior to mortgage banking, Migrino worked as a lender with the industry’s most prominent financial institutions, such as Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase, KeyBank, GE Capital, and the SBA.
