National Firm Opens MN Office with Kurt Sauer Spearheading the Launch

Minneapolis — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announces the opening of its first Minnesota office in Minneapolis. Ranked as the 16^th most populous MSA in the nation, Minneapolis is home to over 3.7 million residents and a thriving commercial real estate industry. The office will cater to regional and out-of-state investors in various real estate sectors, including multifamily, industrial, retail, leasing, and more.

 

To spearhead the opening of the office and recruitment efforts, Matthews™ appointed Minnesota native Kurt Sauer as the Minneapolis Market Leader. After a notable career in the NHL, Sauer has established himself as a successful Midwest broker, working for both a large national firm as well as a local boutique brokerage prior to joining Matthews™.

This is the 15^th office for the national brokerage, and the third to open this year.
