Marianna Mobile Home Park in Florida Consists of 5 Properties Totaling 43 Acres

 

Marianna, FL — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed the all-cash sale of a five-property mobile home portfolio for $6,000,000. Associate Vice President Austin McLeod and Market Leader and Vice President Johnny Blue Craig handled the acquisition.

 

The properties consist of over 100 lots on approximately 43 acres of land and were purchased by an out-of-state buyer looking to scale operations in the northern Florida region. Matthews™ secured no retrades from PSA to closing, with increasing interest rates.

 

“We maximized exposure to the asset by utilizing our national database of manufactured housing buyers. This brought an out-of-state buyer that offered the most attractive terms,” said Craig.

 

The buyer increased its assets under management in this region by 100 lots, making this a highly coveted asset.
