Thomas (DeWitt) Goss serves as Market Leader for the New York office at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, where he is responsible for the strategic oversight, growth, and performance of the office. In this leadership role, DeWitt focuses on recruiting top talent, developing agents through hands-on training and mentorship, and fostering a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and accountability. Drawing on his extensive background in net lease retail investments and deep knowledge of the Northeast market, DeWitt empowers Matthews™ brokers to succeed while driving the continued expansion of Matthews™ in the New York region.

Prior to stepping into his leadership role, DeWitt built a successful brokerage career at Matthews™, specializing in the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant net lease retail assets across the Northeast, with a strong concentration in the greater New York City area. He cultivated relationships with institutional investors, developers, REITs, and high net-worth individuals nationwide, earning a reputation for his strategic insight and deal execution.
