The 10,282-square-foot space will expand the firm’s footprint in Manhattan as the company continues to grow its national platform. The office is scheduled for move-in during Q1 2026.  

 

The new location underscores Matthews’™ ongoing commitment to recruiting top talent and growing its client base in one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets. The firm first entered New York in 2023 and has since experienced rapid growth in headcount, client relationships, and deal activity across the Tri-State region.
