Will Rupli is a real estate professional at Matthews™, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net lease properties, with a focus on gas stations and convenience stores throughout Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky. He works closely with investors to evaluate opportunities and structure transactions that align with their long-term objectives.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Will gained professional experience through a congressional internship with the U.S. House Financial Services Committee in Washington, D.C.
