Matthews™ named accomplished commercial real estate experts Bill Pedersen and Matt Fitzgerald to take on the roles. As managing directors, Pedersen and Fitzgerald will be responsible for implementing company-wide initiatives and instrumental in forming the strategic vision and execution of company actions. Pedersen and Fitzgerald will also oversee their region’s office managers, collaborating to curate growth and productivity goals for each office. Pedersen has been appointed to the Eastern U.S., based out of Nashville. Fitzgerald will manage the Central U.S., based out of Chicago.

 

Prior to managing director, Matt Fitzgerald was positioned as Matthews™ executive vice president and market leader. Since joining the firm in 2020, Fitzgerald has successfully launched office openings in Austin, TX, Walnut Creek, CA, Cleveland, OH, and Chicago, IL. He has recruited and hired over 50 agents and several market leaders.
