Most recently positioned as First Vice President of CBRE’s Capital Markets Retail Division, LoPiccolo brings over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and Southern California market expertise to Matthews™. LoPiccolo will focus on retail investment sales, with an emphasis on shopping centers and single tenant net lease properties in the San Diego MSA.
