Austin McLeod serves as Vice President of Matthews™ Self-Storage division. Having sold over 2.5 million rentable square feet of storage in 12 different states, Austin works with a wide range of clients, including private investors, developers, private equity funds, and the industry’s largest institutional investment firms. His extensive transaction experience and comprehensive knowledge of the self-storage market have helped Austin form strong relationships in the industry.

 

Simon Assaf specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant net-leased properties across the United States. His in-depth knowledge and target markets allow him to create immense value for his clients. Aside from Simon’s expertise in providing excellent value add to his clients, he has an extensive client relations background. Simon has earned the respect of some of the industry’s largest developers, tenants, syndicators, and publicly traded REITs with whom he has worked.
